If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals may shorten your session time. We appreciate your understanding! 📸 If this is for mini photoshoots Casa Loma is a very busy place. Please arrive 8-12 minutes early and ready to begin at your scheduled time. Due to the tight schedule, late arrivals may result in a shortened session. All bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 5 days notice. Late arrivals may forfeit part or all of the session. No-shows will not be refunded.
